About the Company

BPM Consulting, Ltd. Company was founded in 1996 under its initial name NOVITECH-VÚJE, Ltd. headquartered in Trnava. The company mostly used to provide advisory and consulting activities and implementation of software products for the power engineering sector.

Following its transformation in 2003 the head office of the company was moved to Košice and the name of the company was changed to BPM Consulting, Ltd. in view of the change of the company focus on solutions and advisory and consulting services provision for BPM (Business Process Management) area. It mainly focuses on the areas of process management, activity-based cost monitoring, tracking and management, their optimization and strategic management and organization performance assessment included.

The company has practical experiences of its key solvers and consultants gained from their job positions in top bodies of Slovak business entities. Moreover, employees of the company have very good knowledge in the field of progressive information technologies, which are currently inevitable for successful BPM solutions implementation.

Apart from the activities stated above BPM Consulting, Ltd. Company also deals with management consulting and customer preparation for new information system implementation.

At the beginning of the year 2004 the company started to be actively involved in preparation and implementation of projects of the 6th EU Frame Program for science and technology and in projects funded from structural funds dedicated to Slovak Republic.

When carrying out its activities the company cooperates very closely with its partners in Slovakia as well as abroad.
